
Purpose & Scope
The purpose of a Marketing Coordinator is to support and facilitate marketing efforts within an organization. This includes coordinating campaigns, collaborating with different departments, handling administrative tasks, creating and editing content, planning events, conducting market research, and providing support for digital marketing initiatives. Key Qualifications
Educational Background:

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns in collaboration with various teams.
Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met.
Content Creation and Editing:
Contribute to the creation and editing of marketing content, including copywriting for advertisements, blog posts, social media, and other promotional materials.
Digital Marketing Support:
Assist in managing digital marketing channels, such as social media platforms, email marketing, and content creation for online campaigns.
Event Planning:
Plan and organize events, product launches, and promotional activities.
Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and promotional materials.
Market Research:
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Compile and analyze data to inform marketing strategies.
Administrative Tasks:
Handle administrative duties, such as scheduling meetings, managing budgets, and maintaining project documentation.
Collaboration:
Act as a liaison between marketing and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Coordinate with graphic designers, writers, and other team members to produce cohesive marketing materials.
Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
Generate reports and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Brand Management:
Ensure consistent branding across all marketing materials and communications.
Uphold brand guidelines and standards.
Communication:
